    Detailed Gait Assessment on Treadmill/Outside

-This involves capturing high-definition video footage of you running or walking on a treadmill, from multiple angles. I analyze key bio mechanical parameters such as foot strike pattern, stride length, cadence, trunk posture, and limb alignment.

-I will also utilize the newest technology with assessing internal metrics of running with the use of the Runeasi belt. This is a belt you can wear or the treadmill or outside running. It allows for accurate measurements including dynamic stability, impact loading, and limb symmetry.

During the analysis, I provide real-time feedback and guidance to help you understand and address any biomechanical inefficiencies or abnormalities identified. This may involve specific exercises, drills, or adjustments to your running technique to improve efficiency, reduce impact forces, and minimize injury risk.

Following the gait analysis, I provide you with a detailed report outlining my findings and recommendations for optimizing your gait mechanics. This may include personalized exercise prescriptions, footwear recommendations, orthotic interventions, or other targeted interventions to address specific areas of concern.
